Cancelling or rescheduling appointments

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After this period, we are unfortunately required to charge for the time reserved for your appointment.

From 1 March 2026, the cancellation fee for appointments with a dentist is €25 for the first 15 minutes, followed by €15 for every additional 5 minutes. For appointments with a dental hygienist, the fee is €15 per 5 minutes. These charges apply regardless of the reason for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Payment after treatment
Invoices are issued after your treatment by our billing partner, Infomedics.

Your invoice
Your dental invoice is made up of the individual treatments and procedures carried out during your appointment. Each item is listed separately with its corresponding treatment code.
